Refund policy

Summary
1. Before shipping (pre-sale): cancel up to 7 days before the estimated shipping date and we refund everything.
2. After you receive it: you can withdraw within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. We also accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after receipt.
3. If it arrives defective, damaged or wrong: we fix it at no cost to you.

How to request a return or a cancellation
Write to us at contacto@glowtripbeauty.com with your order number. If a return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, at no cost to you, along with instructions on how to send the package. We do not accept packages returned without a prior request.

Return conditions
The product must be unopened and unused, with the seal intact, with its tags and in its original packaging. We also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items can be returned like any other item.

Why we do not accept opened products
Once opened, cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons, under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal. If you have opened the product, we cannot accept the return, unless it is defective or different from what you ordered. Personalized or made-to-order products are also not returnable.

Defective, damaged or wrong products
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and write to us right away, with photos if you can. We will repair it, replace it or refund you, as applicable under the law, and in these cases you do not pay for the return. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We refund you using your original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at most from the moment we receive the returned product and check its condition. We refund the product price and the standard shipping cost of your order. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to show it. If you have not received it after that period, write to us at contacto@glowtripbeauty.com.
