Shipping policy

Pre-sale (Founder's Edition and other pre-sale products)
Pre-sale products are made in a limited first batch. Once the pre-sale closes, the estimated production and shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks. We will email you when your order ships, with the tracking number. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before the estimated shipping date (see the Refund Policy).

Available products and mixed orders
Available products ship as soon as we prepare your order. If your order combines available products and pre-sale products, we will ship the available ones first and, when the batch is ready, the pre-sale ones, at no additional shipping cost.

Customs and taxes
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or customs fees, which are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.

Order tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Timing and risk
Transit times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the order. If you receive a damaged package, or if more days than expected pass without delivery, write to us at contacto@glowtripbeauty.com.
