Terms of service

1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of glowtripbeauty.com and the purchase of products in the store. The store is operated by Yara Alicia Díaz Zappa, trading as GLOWTRIP BEAUTY ("we"), whose details appear in the Legal notice. "You" means the person who uses the site or buys on it. By using the store or placing an order, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy.

2. Age and account
To buy, you must be at least 18 years old. The information you give us (email, billing, payment and shipping) must be correct and complete. You are responsible for the security of your account and may not transfer it.

3. Products and information
We display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen. We may change descriptions, stop selling a product and limit quantities per order when stock is limited.

4. Orders
When you pay, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may reject or cancel an order because of lack of stock, an obvious error in the price or description, or suspected fraud; if you had already paid, we refund the full amount. Please review your order before paying.

5. Pre-sale
Products marked "Pre-sale" (including the Founder's Edition) are made in a limited first batch.
- Payment is processed immediately when you reserve.
- Estimated shipping is 4 to 6 weeks from the close of the pre-sale. When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.
- Units are limited: once the batch sells out, reservations close until the general launch.
- You can cancel your reservation and request a full refund up to 7 days before the estimated shipping date by writing to contacto@glowtripbeauty.com.
- If we expect that we will not be able to ship within 6 weeks, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
- The price and benefits of the Founder's Edition are exclusive to this pre-sale and will not be repeated at the general launch.
- Once you receive the product, your withdrawal and return rights apply (see the Refund Policy).

6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or customs fees may apply; they are your responsibility and are not included. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. You pay using the methods available at checkout (processed by Shopify Payments) and declare that your card details are correct and that you are authorized to use the card. The applicable price is the one in effect when you place the order. If there is an obvious error in a price, we will let you know and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Promotions are governed by their own conditions; if they conflict with these terms, the promotion's conditions prevail.

7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, rates and conditions are set out in the Shipping Policy. Times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the order (you or a person you have designated).

8. Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason, and we also accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after receipt, under the terms of the Refund Policy.

9. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies under the law governing your purchase. If a product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us at contacto@glowtripbeauty.com and we will resolve it in accordance with the law.

10. Intellectual property
The site's content (trademarks, texts, images, graphics, designs and more) belongs to GLOWTRIP BEAUTY or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our prior written permission. The name and logo of Shopify and of other third parties are trademarks of their owners.

11. Use of the site and feedback
You may not use the site for unlawful or malicious purposes, impersonate another person, send spam, upload viruses or malicious code, or circumvent its security measures. You also may not access the site using robots, scraping, automated tools or artificial intelligence agents that do not identify themselves as such and do not have our authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or reviews, you authorize us to use, reproduce and publish them at no cost to promote and improve the store. You declare that they are yours and that they contain nothing unlawful or offensive or that infringes third-party rights; we may remove feedback that breaks these rules.

12. Third-party tools and links
The site may include third-party tools or links that we do not control. Using them is at your own risk and is governed by each third party's policies.

13. Shopify
The store runs on Shopify technology. The purchase is made directly with us, and Shopify is not a party to the sale.

14. Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://glowtripbeauty.com/policies/privacy-policy). Some data may also be processed under Shopify's privacy policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

15. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, and we do not affect your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or for technical interruptions beyond our control.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Each order is governed by the version in force when you place it.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts of Irún (Gipuzkoa).
